Bible Studies
As a part of Arrow Lakes Alliance Church's mission of 'Growing in Christ', we encourage everyone in our church family to engage with others in a small group. Here you will find relationship and support, fellowship and love while you study the Bible and learn about God's word.
This fall (beginning Sept 13th, 2018) we will be studying the Gospel of John together as a church family. During our weekly meetings and our Sunday gathering we will be exploring this amazing book and allowing it to transform our lives and inform our minds. Books are available at the church, or by contacting Pastor Steve.
Please contact Pastor Steve at the church if you would like more information about the groups, or need contact info for the leaders.
Why Should I Attend a Bible Study?
-
Bible Studies (or small groups) are an essential part of Growing in Christ and Loving our Neighbours. Our prayer is that you will connect with a small group, commit to the people in your group and find deep fellowship, friendship and Joy.
-
Your Bible Study is where you will find a safe place to talk, ask questions, share and serve. They are a great place to Grow in Christ, both in the knowledge of the Bible through the studies, but also in the grace, love and joy of Christ as you minister to one another in the name of Jesus.
-
It is also in a Bible Study where you will be challenged and equipped to Love your Neighbour, as you work together to make a difference in all the different places where God has put you. As you grow together, you will spur one another onto good works.
-
Bible Studies are where real community grows and is found. The people in your group will be the ones who will walk with you through life and will be the people who you can lean on and can lean on you.
